Spoke with Stephen last year to change some old Solar panels and get it upgraded and ended up getting it done earlier this year before our current situation.
Exchanging information was easy. Was able to show how the solar panels would look on the roof via PDF document provided, although there were last minute changes with the solar panel placement and the inverter (both still from reputable brands) when it had to be done it ended up being a better placement anyway so no complaints there. Always double checked the documents sent to make sure everything is right, was patient and let you move at your own pace to decide, and worked with people who follow safety rules when installing (A big thing in Victoria)
Just remember you can always research the panels and inverters offered yourself and can ask questions about them.
